Our first study visit was hosted by CONNECT EU Partner UNATC in Bucharest, Romania, where all participants from partner HEIs had the chance to immerse themselves in the program’s core featured skills of expression, movement, communication and creative thinking. Working with the University’s nationally-known expert faculty, we explored a wide range of applications for these skills and how to work with students in the artistic, theater, music and related disciplines, to build on their strengths while encouraging an entrepreneurial approach to their studies and career paths.
In addition to lively workshops and presentations, CONNECT participants visited UNATC’s state-of-art digital laboratory Cine-TIC, where we saw demonstrations of the amazing technology they are using to do research and productions in cinema, theater and film, including streaming, animation, and other digital tech. :

Day 2, following presentations at UNATC, we went for a visit at the Educational Theater Center “Replika” – a theater collective that organizes several productions each year, targeting youth and other non-traditional audiences. Their productions tackle pressing social issues with humor and depth:
